Tom joins Environmental Essentials with over 13 years of experience in occupational hygiene services across construction, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, and other complex environments.
‘After training and gaining my qualifications in a Occupational Hygiene practice, I joined Skanska in 2020, and played a key role in strengthening our proactive approach to health risk management.
My work around reducing heath risk led me to the development and delivery of several major initiatives, including Skanska’s Health Risk Audit and Health Risk Profiling processes, significantly improving our ability to identify high‑risk roles, reduce exposures to hazards such as noise, dust, vibration and chemicals, and support targeted health surveillance.
In my new role as Occupational Hygiene Manager, I will continue driving our commitment to creating healthier, safer working environments and embedding excellence in occupational hygiene across all operations for our clients.’
